Terms of Service

Glow Up Virtual Solutions ("GUVS") provides the Builder Intelligence OS, a managed operating and intelligence system for residential builders and developers, delivered through a structured engagement.

The engagement includes discovery, solution design, implementation, launch, and ongoing management. Client-specific implementation work begins after contract execution and the implementation fee.

Founding partners: a one-time implementation fee of $18,000, payable after contract execution and before client-specific work begins, and $3,500 per month for the managed platform and services, beginning at the agreed go-live or acceptance milestone — not automatically at implementation.

Planned standard pricing after founding enrollment closes: $24,000 implementation and $4,800 per month. Founding rates are not guaranteed for life and are subject to a signed agreement. All pricing and final service terms are subject to owner approval and a signed agreement before publication or enforcement.

The OS is positioned around reducing operational friction, improving capital efficiency, and supporting better-informed decisions. We do not guarantee specific business results, sales outcomes, or return on investment.
